Steps
- Take a squeegee and dry walls of the shower.
- Squirt the "Scrubbing Bubbles" around the tub and walls.
- Quickly rub down the walls and floor of the enclosure, after you shave. Do this as quickly as you can. If you miss a spot, you can get it during your shower tomorrow.
- Rinse the enclosure with fresh water.
- After you are finished at the bathroom sink (brushing teeth, putting on makeup or shaving), use a damp washcloth to wipe out the sink, wipe off the counter and mirror, with cleaning solution and rinse quickly.
- Then use the damp washcloth to wipe off the toilet, and back of seat. Start at the top of the tank, wipe the top and sides of the tank, the flat spot behind the seat, the top and underside of the seats, the rim of the bowl.
- Use toilet brush after the wipe down.
- Mop up any loose hairs with damp paper towels and discard in garbage.
- Toss the washcloth into the hamper or washing machine.
- You can use the glass cleaner and paper towels to clean the mirror.
- Once a day, swish the toilet bowl brush around the water line and under the rim of the toilet. Occasionally once a week or so use bleach in the second cleaning of the toilet to really kill those germs.
- Enjoy a clean and healthy bathroom every day!
Tips
- It helps to start with a clean bathroom. If you begin doing this each day after a marathon bathroom cleaning session, it's more effective.
- Keep all supplies handy in the bathroom, including a stack of old washcloths, glass cleaner, and paper towels. If you have to go somewhere else to get them before you take your shower, you will forget.
- The key is to do this every day. That way, soap and mineral deposits don't have a chance to build up.
- Do these steps quickly. Don't obsess over doing it "right" or getting every spot.
