Why does that happen? You see in most companies, the ONLY way to make money is by referring other people to the product or opportunity and earning money in the compensation program.
The challenge with that is that many people DO NOT LIKE TO RECRUIT and do not want to have to talk to many people to be able to make money.
So what happens when people in those other companies do not recruit? Exactly, they do not make money!
Picture this...you finally say YES! You sign up, you get your "get rich quick" kit in the mail and then your "sponsor" or "leader" says now, go here and buy a bunch of leads and start calling them only to get rejection after rejection. Alternatively, they tell you to make a list of all the people you have ever met in your life and are sure to include those family and friends who are still mad at you from the last scam.
What you should be looking for is someone or something that can actually show you how to brand yourself and be self reliant on leads and how to create them at will.
You want a system that on average are bringing in 7to 13 leads per day, every day, of every week. Usually the only time you are usually speaking with anyone, is after they have reviewed all of your info, been to your site a few times and are calling you! Not the other way around!
This is the difference between "wanna-be's" and professionals! Wanna-be's hope for success and have to spend their time chasing people!
Professionals do not chase anyone; they sit back and wait for the people to decide for themselves.
Therefore, the secret is out. Whether you love to recruit, or absolutely hate it, this is the reason people will be joining your team it is EXACTLY what you have been looking for.
You joined the ranks of the "HUNTED" and stopped letting others determine your income and stopped being the "HUNTER"
It really matters what kind of people you surround yourself with. It matters a lot.
